Summit office will be closing as of October 31, 2023
Dear Patients of Family and Sports Medicine Institute of NJ,
With great disappointment, we are announcing the closure of our Summit office effective October 31, 2023. Our non-operative sports medicine team will continue providing care in our Montclair location, where renovations are nearing completion.
At this time, we will no longer be scheduling appointments after October 27, 2023.
We look forward to transitioning your care into our newly renovated state-of-the-art office.
